DESCRIPTION
Energy absorber with built-in lanyard consisting of absorption pack and lanyard.
SPECIFIC DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
It is provided with an energy absorption package formed by an absorption band made up of two interwoven textile pieces, folded inside a transparent plastic cover, attached at one end to the lanyard by means of gauze, the free end ends in gauze with thimble made of polyamide. The lanyard is made of 11 mm semi-static braided rope, with a minimum breaking load of 3000 daN. Finished at one end in ingested gauze attached to the absorber gauze, and the other end in ingested gauze with thimble.
The grafts of the lanyard terminations are protected with shrink PVC.
Inadvertent removal of the absorber or lanyard is not possible (removal is only possible by cutting the rope or strap of the absorber pack).
The maximum length of the Energy Absorber with built-in lanyard is 150 cm
