Pick up from Universal - Price: FREE!
You can purchase the products you want in our online shop and then come over at your convenience to pick them up from our retail shop in Paola (close to Transport Malta). For directions, please click here. For opening hours, please visit the contact section click here.
Free delivery to any address in Malta & Gozo
We offer free delivery in Malta and Gozo for all orders. Our own delivery team will deliver these items to you if you are located in Malta. If you are located in Gozo, a courier will deliver these items to you. Please leave a contact phone number during the checkout process so that we can contact you to deliver your items at a time which is convenient for you.
You will usually receive your order within 1-4 business days following the placement of your online order.
Our online store can deliver products anywhere in the world. If you are located outside the EU, our checkout system will not permit you to purchase the products directly from our online store.
In such cases, please contact our customer service team either by filling our contact form or by sending an email to web@uiel.eu. We will be glad to assist you and provide a quote.
Our minimum delivery charge is €25 to the EU. This is for non-bulky items that weigh up to 1 Kg. Each additional Kg will cost €15. We use parcel post with tracking as our default shipping method.
Optionally we can ship via courier at an additional cost that will be quoted on a case by case basis. If you want to opt for courier delivery, please send a reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours to let us know. Otherwise, we will proceed with our default shipping method.

Payments & Returns
Our online store accepts all major credit cards and payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apply Pay. We also accept paypal payments.
If you are located in Malta or Gozo, you can also opt for Cash On Delivery. In this case, we will request payment upon delivery of the items to you. In the unlikely event that you do not have the funds available, we will return the items to our warehouse and cancel your order.
If you are located in Malta or Gozo, you can also opt for Payment By Revolut Link. In this case, once you have completed your order, we will email you a request for payment within the next business day. Once we have received your payment, we will deliver your items.
Yes, we accept returns for a full refund of the product. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used during checkout.
Delivery & return costs or fees are not refunded. For a product to be returned, you must return it within 2 weeks from delivery and it must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by your order number. Please contact our customer service team from our contact page, or visit our shop in Paola.
